No. Eligible pay-in-4 purchases are interest-free. Monthly payment plans may include interest, with rates from 0–36% APR. Your available payment schedule, interest rate, and total repayment amount are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and depend on your purchase amount. Approval is not guaranteed. If Shop Pay Installments isn’t available for your order, you’ll need to choose another payment method.

Scheduled payments are automatically charged to the payment card saved for your plan. You’ll receive an email reminder before each payment is charged.

Shop Pay Installments does not charge late fees. However, late or partial payments may affect your credit score or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

Yes. Your payment schedule may begin before delivery, particularly for preorder items. Please review the item’s estimated shipping date and your payment terms before placing your order.

Returns are subject to Mopio’s return policy. Once an eligible refund is processed, it will be applied to your installment balance.

A partial refund may result in fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both, rather than reducing your next scheduled payment. Interest already paid on monthly payment plans is not refundable.

No. Gift cards aren’t eligible for Shop Pay Installments. If you’re buying a gift card along with eligible furniture, you’ll need to place separate orders.
