What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

Do contact our friendly CX team with photos of the damaged parts. Rest assured our team will resolve the issue.

Will the measurements be exact to the listed dimensions?

Measurements may vary up to 0.5 inches due to mass production. Do allocate for 0.5 inches difference when measuring before purchase.

Will the color match exactly what I see online?

Colors may vary slightly due to different lighting and screen settings. We aim to represent them as accurately as possible.

How many packages should I be expected to receive?

You will be receiving multiple packages from us. Packages may arrive at different times due to ground logistics.

Why can I only open one drawer at a time?

As part of compliance update in USA, - ASTM F2057-23 (STURDY), our drawer has an interlocking mechanism which allows only one drawer to open at a time to prevent the dresser from tipping.

The drawers are not aligned correctly. How do I align them?

Can I remove the hutch without leaving any visible marks if I decide I don't want to use it anymore?

Drilling will be required to fasten the hutch. As such, we’ve included laminate stickers to conceal the screw holes, restoring the cabinet to its original appearance.
