What is Mopio?

What warranty do Mopio products come with?

Every Mopio product comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of purchase. To keep your warranty valid, register your product within 30 days of receiving it at mopio.com/pages/mopioclub. An original sales receipt is required for any warranty claim.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns due to change of mind (customer remorse) are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item. Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the full amount less return shipping — and, for change-of-mind returns, less the 20% restocking fee. Refunds typically take up to 5–7 business days to process after we acknowledge the return; the exact posting date depends on your card provider.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We offer a 1-to-1 exchange for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact our customer service team with proof of the defect or damage and we’ll evaluate and assist with the exchange. For defective or damaged returns, Mopio covers the shipping costs.

Do Mopio products require assembly?

Most Mopio furniture requires some assembly. Step-by-step assembly videos and guides are available on mopio.com to help you set up your product quickly.
