Our sofa slipcovers are made of 100% polyester chenille fabric covers.

How should I wash and maintain the slipcovers?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C) on gentle cycle. Avoid bleach, tumble dry low, and use a cool iron when needed to keep your covers looking fresh.

Will the slipcovers fit snugly or look loose?

Our slipcovers are designed to fit the Macy sofa perfectly, though they sit slightly larger on Gen 1 models. On newer models, they sit neatly without looking baggy, with enough flexibility for everyday use.

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?
