Can the backrest really be moved anywhere?

Yes. Each backrest cushion lifts off completely and includes non-slip pads underneath, so you can reposition or rotate them anywhere on the seat without anything sliding.

Are the covers washable?

Yes. Every cover on POOOF is fully removable and machine washable, so spills, pet hair, and everyday life come off easily. POOOF is a fully washable sofa.

Is POOOF sofa stable without a frame?

Non-slip pads beneath every module holds the sofa steady, keeping it anchored on hard floors and carpets.

Does the POOOF sofa require assembly?

POOOF requires zero assembly. Unpack and let it decompress for 48 hours. Slip on the covers. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us.

Will my POOOF sofa arrive in one shipment?

Due to ground shipping logistics, packages may arrive at different times.

How long can the sofa stay compressed before unboxing?

We recommend opening your POOOF within 2 months of receiving it.

What is the return policy?

POOOF returns are accepted within 30 days if the box is unopened and vacuum-sealed. A 20% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns. Once the seal is removed, the sofa can no longer be returned.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

Do contact our friendly CX team with photos of the damaged parts. Rest assured our team will resolve the issue.

How long does the sofa take to decompress?

Up to 48 hours from the moment you open the vacuum-sealed packaging. Once fully expanded, slip on the sofa slipcovers and your POOOF is ready for everyday use.

Will the measurements be exact to the listed dimensions?

Due to upholstery puffiness, measurements may vary by up to 5%. The slight difference helps maintain the comfort and look of your sofa.

Will the color match exactly what I see online?

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. We aim to represent them as accurately as possible.
