Due to ground shipping logistics, packages may arrive at different times.​

Does the Qoosh couch require assembly?

Yes, assembly is easily completed 15 minutes per unit. The sofa comes with sturdy metal hardware that effortlessly connects armrests to the modules, with alligator clips securely locking modules in place to prevent shifts. We also have video assembly guide to help our customers assemble the product. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us.

What materials is Qoosh made of?

Our frame is made of plywood, with 100% polyester fabric covers.

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing. Further clarification can be requested.

Why do the cushions look flat upon arrival?​

Our cushions are vacuum-packed for safe shipping and may take up to 7 days to fully expand. For best results, gently fluff them and allow time to reach their full volume.​

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

Do contact our friendly CX team with photos of the damaged parts. Rest assured our team will resolve the issue.​

Will the measurements be exact to the listed dimensions?​​

Measurements may vary up to 0.5 inches due to mass production. Do allocate for 0.5 inches difference when measuring before purchase.​
