Does the Macy sofa require assembly?​

Yes, assembly is easily completed 15 minutes per unit. The sofa comes with sturdy metal hardware that effortlessly connects armrests to the modules, with alligator clips securely locking modules in place to prevent shifts.​

Will my Macy sofa arrive in one shipment?

Our modular sofa and slipcovers are packed separately and in multiple boxes that may arrive at different times.​

Why do the cushions look flat upon arrival?​

Our cushions are vacuum-packed for safe shipping and may take up to 7 days to fully expand. For best results, gently fluff them and allow time to reach their full volume.​
