Will the wood color match exactly what I see online?

Wood color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. We aim to represent them as accurately as possible.

The edges don't look perfectly sharp after assembly. Is this normal?

Yes. A subtle seam at the 45" carcass joint is normal and does not impact durability or alignment.​

I have issues assembling the product. What can I do?

Besides our assembly manual which can be found in your packaging, we also have video assembly guide to help our customers assemble the product. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us.

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing. Further clarification can be requested.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

This bed frame is sold on its own. You can easily pair it with any standard-sized mattress of your choice.
