General
I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA.
This has been one of the most frustrating furniture purchases I’ve ever made. The Sleeper Stash Sofa is an absolute disaster from start to finish.
First, the sofa arrives in multiple pieces, and you are left trying to assemble something that clearly wasn’t manufactured correctly in the first place. The parts do not align properly. Pieces don’t fit together the way they’re supposed to, and the entire assembly process feels like you’re trying to force together parts from completely different pieces of furniture.
For the amount of money you’re spending, this is absolutely unacceptable. You should not have to fight with your own furniture just to get it assembled.
And somehow, the customer service experience makes everything even worse. Instead of taking responsibility for the problems or actually helping resolve them, customer service seems completely uninterested in making things right. You’re left dealing with a poorly manufactured product and a company that doesn’t seem to care.
Poor quality. Terrible design. Misaligned parts. Horrible customer service.
There is absolutely no reason a customer should have to deal with this many problems just to get a functional sofa.
SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME. SAVE YOUR SANITY.
I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I purchased this. There are plenty of other sofas on the market, and I would strongly recommend looking at literally anything else.
DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.
An incredibly disappointing product made even worse by the complete lack of customer support.
Absolute scam of a company. Upon opening a cushion, we found the color was a mismatch. Wouldn't have been an issue with the free swatches, but of course they don't offer it in this fabric. No big deal, we open a return ticket and the agent responds that it's no problem as long as everything is in the original boxes. We then receive a follow-up email saying we are not eligible to return the couch, but would receive a ten percent discount if we kept it. Now I'm stuck putting together a mismatched couch we don't want and the instructions are basically a photo of screwing feet into cushions, then the second panel depicts the couch almost complete without any other steps. The link to the demo video page doesn't list our product at all, and the link provided to live chat isn't a real link. This couch is comprised of more metal frame than the shoddiest of Ikea furniture. Stay away from this brand!!!
My sister stayed over last weekend and we pulled this out in under a minute, sheets on and everything, and it still looked like a proper bed instead of some sad pull out situation. The storage underneath fit both our spare pillows and a throw blanket so nothing was cluttering the room. Only had it a few weeks but its already become our go to for guests
This was the deciding factor for a sofa bed with actual storage space. Pull-out mechanism is smooth, doesnt feel like a fight every time we host family
