Does the SleepStash couch require assembly?

Yes, assembly is easily completed 15 minutes per unit. The sofa comes with sturdy metal hardware that effortlessly connects armrests to the modules, with alligator clips securely locking modules in place to prevent shifts. We also have video assembly guide to help our customers assemble the product. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us.

Will my SleepStash couch arrive in one shipment?

Due to ground shipping logistics, packages may arrive at different times.

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?

Our cushions are vacuum-packed for safe shipping and may take up to 7 days to fully expand. For best results, gently fluff them and allow time to reach their full volume.

Due to upholstery puffiness, measurements may vary by up to 5%. The slight difference helps maintain the comfort and look of your sofa.

Will the color match exactly what I see online?

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. We aim to represent the as accurately as possible.

How easy is it to pull out the sleeper?

Like most pull-out sleepers, it may feel slightly stiff at first use – after that, it will glide out smoothly.

Can I build a larger configuration later?

Yes. Start with a 2-seater and you can add modules any time. Modules connect using metal connector brackets.
