I have issues assembling the product. What can I do?

What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 30-day window. Reach out with images/videos for speedy processing.

How do I clean the bouclé fabric?

You can spot clean the bouclé fabric with a damp cloth and a mild detergent and vacuum monthly to keep it looking fresh.

Is the bouclé fabric stain-resistant?

The bouclé fabric is spill-resistant which can wipe off everyday spills and crumbs immediately. However, deeper stains may require spot cleaning using a mild detergent and a damp cloth.

If my product is damaged upon arrival, what should I do?
